Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are able to ship within the continental US, Canada, and most European countries at this time.
When will I get my order?
All of our artwork is made to order and production times vary depending on the product (please refer to the production times below). Once your order has been created it will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS which takes 1-5 business days.
Production Times:
Unframed Prints: Approximately 2-3 business days
Framed Prints and Acrylics: Approximately 9-14 business days

What is your return policy?
All art print sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available due to the custom nature of each print.
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to shop@luludk.com so we can help.

What are your frames made from?
Our frames are hand-crafted from white-wood with a super smooth finish. Each framed piece comes ready to hang with a wire hanger.
What type of paper do you print on?
All of our artwork is printed on 310g, Bright White, museum-grade, velvet fine art paper made from 100% cotton fiber and is archival and acid-free.
What do you recommend for hanging hardware?
Our framed and acrylic prints come ready to hang with either cleat or wire hangers!
Can I order a custom sized print?
Yes, anything is possible! Please reach out to our team at shop@luludk.com and we will work with you on your custom order.
